Nissan Plans on Releasing Fifty-One New Models to the Market


In the last two year Nissan has released the Nissan Leaf EV and Nissan Juke. However, it's clear now that this was only the beginning.  Now, the Japanese Automaker plans on bringing more vehicles to the market within the next decade.

 

How many new models does Nissan plan to release exactly? Fifty one in the next 6 years. This will hopefully help Nissan accomplish its goal of gaining a 15% market share of vehicles in Japan, and a global share of 10%. In other words, 1 out of every 10 cars on the road will be a Nissan.

Nissan Emphasizes Zero-Emission Society


The LEAF has been widely accepted by consumers and a huge success for Nissan.  However, this is only the beginning according to the folks at Nissan.  The ultimate goal is to move toward a zero-emission society and the LEAF is just one piece to the puzzle.
